Refund & Return Policy – Wirsa Fabric

Domestic Orders (Pakistan)

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
  • Exchange is available for wrong size or wrong item received
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Shipping cost for returns is the customer's responsibility (unless item is defective or wrong)

International Orders

Due to the nature of international shipping, our return policy is limited:

✅ Refund / Exchange Accepted ONLY in these cases:

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was sent by us

Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or video proof required via WhatsApp: +92310-4511190
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification
  • We will cover return shipping cost only in case of our error

❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to size chart before placing order)
  • Delays caused by customs or courier
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

    

European Union Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
